Synfinite Labs manufactures and supplies terpene and flavor formulations and related products. We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, and images accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, packaging, or other content is complete, current, or error-free. Technical specifications, certificates of analysis, and safety data are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any product for your intended application and for handling, storing, diluting, and using products in accordance with the applicable product documentation, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and all applicable laws.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, to limit order quantities, and to correct any pricing or product errors, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed.
By placing an order you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Our returns, refunds, and exchange policy is described on our refund policy and forms part of these Terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

This Section 10 governs the Synfinite Labs text-messaging program (the "Program") and applies in addition to the rest of these Terms. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to this Section 10.
When you opt in, Synfinite Labs may send recurring text (SMS/MMS) messages to the mobile number you provide. Depending on the specific program you joined, messages may include order and account notifications (such as order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and account alerts) and/or marketing messages (such as product availability, new flavor and formulation releases, restock alerts, and promotions).
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You opt in only through one of our authorized methods — for example, by checking the (un-checked by default) SMS consent box at checkout or on a sign-up form, or by texting a keyword to our number. The specific consent language shown at the point of opt-in describes exactly which messages you are agreeing to receive.
We collect consent on a one-to-one basis for the Synfinite Labs Program only. We will not transfer or sell your mobile number or your opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for that party's own marketing purposes.
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and we are not responsible if a carrier does not support the Program.
We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors or service providers (for example, our messaging platform) that support the operation of the Program, under obligations of confidentiality and solely for that purpose.
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority to consent for, the mobile number you provide.
We may change or discontinue the Program, or these SMS terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, CA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
